I put one of these in the laundry area in my basement. It's working great, giving me the extra light I needed without having to call an electrician to add more lights. I remembered the advice from the reviewer who saw spots after watching the unit as he turned the light on - thanks for the tip!We put the second in the garage where it also does a great job of lighting up the area. In the two months since we put it up we've already had outside temperatures drop to 12°F and the garage light worked fine.I just ordered two more of these, one for over my work bench in the basement and my husband is planning to put the other over his side of the garage, he's jealous of how well my side is lit :)
