A large is a large. It’s a good thing. I’ve had it about 1 month now and have worn it about 12 times to the gym. It provides a great range of motion. It stays in place, allowing everything else to stay in place.

- I didn't realize it had an optional cup but aye thats lit

- May not provide enough cushioning during intense activity
