UPDATE: 3 out of 8 had loose end rivets so the tab was moving relative to the body. I opened one up and made sure that slack was in the conductive path. Downgrading my rating! ORIGINAL RATING: These aren't military excesses in durability, but they do get the job done. The tips of the screw terminals are so flimsy that I had to support them with pliers to apply enough force on the screwdriver to loosen them. I decided to solder the wires instead of screwing them on and found that one of the grommets was loose where it was riveted to the case. The IN/OUT panel is paper-thick aluminum and is pre-bent to flatten out during installation. but don't handle it roughly, otherwise it will curl up. The rubber switch caps feel fairly stiff, and even if you don't need them, you might want round black hard plastic nut caps instead of the hex nuts most people use. They come with both nuts and the rubber is easy to pull out of the plastic nut cover if you don't want it. Shifting is tight but not too harsh. Some of the switch bodies have been swapped, so look at the slot in the threads to keep track of which one is 'on' - there is no label on the switch body.
