Okay so I've never given birth but I've had some issues with tearing when my boyfriend and I have sex. This product helps me feel so much better afterward.If you have a well-endowed partner and have issues with tearing, this is a great product!

Sometimes squiring this directly on the pad is great. It feels cool and comfortable. Sometimes though the foam leaks through and makes a mess. Applying directly to to the area by hand does nothing. Just get the cheap witch hazel pads, they always work
