Cute and simple baseball gadget! Once set up you can adjust the height, high or low, but it takes some effort, the cable is heavy and very durable. So far, so good. Follow the instructions to get started, a strong impact will twist the cable around the bar and pull it out again. If the shot isn't so sure, the ball may not come back. It helps very well to beat the rhythm and encourage hard hitting. We used both wood and aluminum and I advise against using a wooden club as it will dent. The aluminum bat survived several rounds without a dent. If you have an old racquet I suggest using it first for timing development etc. When set up correctly, the Swing Trainer works like a charm!
