My most recent buying experience at elecnewell was not satisfying in any way. Despite the fact that their website was simple to navigate, the products did not live up to their claims. Toys, games, and flashcards that I bought turned out to be of low quality and did not live up to my anticipations in any way. The so-called safe squirt guns were weak and readily fell apart, and the learning and educational activities did not engage my youngster to the appropriate degree. The flashcards were printed poorly and were difficult to read, which rendered them completely ineffective for educational reasons. To make matters even more difficult, there were neither reductions nor special offers available, making the already expensive rates even more expensive. The process of checking out was difficult to understand, and the customer service representatives were unhelpful and hostile. My enquiry about a faulty product was met with silence rather than a response from the company. In general, elecnewell does not provide items that are of a high enough quality, are not likely to endanger the children who use them, and are not particularly interesting to those children. I should have known better than to make my purchase at elecnewell given the availability of other, superior options on the market.
