I have a 16 inch wheel. As advertised this case fits a 27" wheel. That's how it should fit? You don't really mean wheel, you mean tire. And I thought it might fit on the tire because my wheel is much smaller than 27" and it was very comfortable. But a small pull and the bottom seam came undone like an old worn t-shirt was torn but it was a new cover. Materials update. Offer a translation between manufacturer size codes and actual tire diameters. I hate it to give something back, but in this case it's not a good deal/product.
