Review on 🐣 Ceramic Nest Eggs for Happy Hens by Megan Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Joker's Delight

I originally got a dummy egg from my farm to add to the bird eggs to play around with my better half. However, they were not realistic enough. I'm happy to report what it is! First, they are slightly lighter than real eggs. Just enough to notice. The real test - I put one of those "eggs" in the boxes for laying hens. It was accidentally picked up and placed in an egg basket. Now the waiting game has begun. I've been staring at this ticking time bomb of joy on the counter for days. One morning I almost forgot my slightly evil intent when I heard a scream. It dawned on me that my plan was most likely to blame. Look, my wife asked one of our kids to help her fry eggs. As my child, she was determined to break that "egg." However, when my wife saw this, she thought there must be an unhatched chick inside (I really wasn't expecting that, we don't even have a rooster). Well, my wife was pissed. See, she had to stop it before what she thought was going to be an absolute horror show unfolded, as an unhatched chick, possibly still alive, fell onto a hot iron, no less, at the hands of her child. . The screaming stopped as soon as she heard my tearful, uncontrollable laughter. Then other screams began. I laughed so hard I couldn't hear it, but there was "heart attack" and "one day". Note. Said child appears to have put the "egg" back in the basket, and yes, it withstands the boil even though it floats. I will no doubt be putting one in a box to give to a friend or neighbor soon. Worth the cost of the entrance ticket.
