When the item arrived and I took it out of the shipping carton, the parts fell out of the plastic bag it was sealed in. Just thought the stitching came undone when things got pushed around during shipping. Luckily I started by replacing the broken padlock on the passenger side. During installation, I noticed that instead of the driver's and passenger's side (2), locks were sent to me on the driver's side. (The ignition lock and trunk lock looked fine.) Knowing I had to return the unit, I noticed that not only was the plastic bag torn during shipping as I thought it was, but it was cut along the edge. I will return for a replacement, I'll see how the seller responds. I hope everything turns out well and I can change this review.
