Just replaced my old bike. It had 2 scars on the top tube from the straps on my allen hitch post. I didn't want that to happen to my new Trek road bike. I found this with a quick google/revain search. The delivery was fast and the packaging was good. The outer shell feels solid enough and the Velcro is no frills. Inside the paint seems to be friendly. The length matches my top tube with a slight leeway, and the circumference accounts for the difference in tube diameter from seat to head tube. It hasn't stood the test of time yet, but it looks like it'll do the trick.
