I love being able be in my office doing other things while still getting notified if there are any new leads or updates with our case! We also have access when we go home which helps us immensely because sometimes it can take hours until someone picks up their phone!! Sometimes emails aren't responded too quickly so this would really help solve some problems as well. Definitely try them before making decisions about what system will work best fit into yours needs/wants. ! Also great customer support team who were super helpful during training process. !! This has helped tremendously since starting using Investipro compared having paper files where everything was scattered everywhere throughout different folders etc..... I like how easy it was for me as an investigator (not trained)to navigate their site with ease! There are many ways or steps in which one can go about doing what they need done. The support staff has been very helpful along our journey so far!! Nothing at this time.. We have found them extremely reliable and always willing/able to answer any questions we may ask.
