High quality door handle on door handles

This is a high quality door handle that looks very elegant. But if you are replacing a working doorknob, this dummy handle does not come with any type of backing plate to place over the interior doorknob opening. There is also nothing to place above the side panel. So if you install on a door with no handle hole it will work. If you remove a working doorknob and replace it with a dummy doorknob, you will need to patch the unnecessary holes in the door. Thank goodness my husband is on hand!
