I recommend it for diagnostic, test and measurement tools

Anytime I check an engine, I usually blindly go to the Honda showroom to follow the recommendations. Now I can look up the d-code and understand the recommendations before I go to the auto shop and maybe evaluate the various alternatives myself. Turns on without ignition, but ignition is required for scanning to work
