Coil whistles on startup but good PoE HAT
Good PoE HAT, RPi 4 runs stable at 2.147GHz (with additional fan and heatsink) but runs stable in a vented case at 2, 0 GHz without low voltage warning. Tip: The included pads and HAT are used to clean low-profile heatsinks and other components. - 2 stars for coil whine on startup and no extra pins to access 5V, 3.3V or GND.
