Great impact and feel

This is no ordinary lip gloss. It leaves a flaky tingle upon application, a bit like a sip of seltzer, and then you know it's working. It really makes my lips look and feel fuller; It's not just an effect! I love using it over my matte lipsticks and blemishes. Creates a nice shiny effect that lasts quite a long time. It also keeps my lips hydrated and helps prevent cracking on dry days!
