At first I hesitated to buy them. Other reviewers have mentioned that it takes a lot of force to tighten the clamps. This made sense to me because the handles appear to be quite short. I thought it would be a good compromise to be able to work in a limited space. The crimper I had before was an Apollo 2-in-1 1/2"-3/4". The handles on this clamp are a good three to four inches longer, but after using these two clamps, iwiss also wins in terms of leverage. The pipe cutter is great too. Very happy with my purchase so far.
