NOT a Heel Cup in my review
Fit my 9-yo shoes, but they were really uncomfortable for him. Gave the 2nd pair to my friend, a man. They fit his shoes/feet, but also very uncomfortable. Both recipients threw them away after a day of attempted use.This product is NOT a "heel cup". It is a wedge, with slightly upturned edges. The wedge is so thick it is like wearing a shoe with heels on it, and it severely changes the angle and balance of your foot. Completely the opposite of what a person wants when they already have plantar fasciitis.I would stay away from these and go with a gel-heel orthotic or standard Dr. Scholls heel cups which have much, much less "rise" to them.

- May not fit properly in certain shoe styles, such as high heels or sandals
