I like that it has all of my contacts stored in one place, which makes them easy to access when needed! It takes some getting used too - there is training involved if you are new at this kind of software/service. This isn't an issue with everyone, but be prepared because it helps me keep track of important messages easily (from clients & friends). My only concern was not having more features available right out-of-the-box such as scheduling appointments via text message or making calls through this system instead of using another platform. However these can be added later by upgrading your account. As mentioned previously, it's very useful to have everything organized into 1 location so we don't need multiple apps installed for different types of communication (texting vs email) etc. As well as being able to send sms texts and emails together.
