This cover provides a good fit for my loveseat. My loveseat is the larger overstuffed type so it fits snugly for that reason. It did not quite go down the front to fit underneath nor did it go further than 1/2- 2/3 of the way down the back. But it fit fine on the back rest , arms and over the cushions. It was a little skimpy under the cushions. I decided based on the the measurements that this was the best size to order. I am happy with the look and the fit because you cannot see the back and I am not bothered by the small amount at the front, near the floor, that is exposed. If you have a more standard size sofa, just measure and follow the recommendations.
