Review on PROZOR by David West

My interactions with PROZOR's web shop have been less than satisfying. The quality of your hearing experience may be enhanced by their accessories, but their website is cumbersome and difficult to use. It took too long to locate what I needed, and then there was a hassle with the checkout. In addition, I was dissatisfied with the scant offerings on their online store. The company's stated mission is to "enhance the listening experience," so I assumed they would offer more customization choices. In general, PROZOR's web shop is not somewhere I'd advise others to shop. It's a hassle to buy there, despite the fact that their accessories might be of high quality. Their website is poorly designed, and they only offer a few options.
