I was thrilled to find the HEPINGJIANGENBO online shop, as I am a huge fan of sports and outdoor activities. Their online store had so many options that I couldn't wait to shop for my upcoming camping vacation. However, I was left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated after contacting their customer care department. My transaction was confirmed via email, and I was given a delivery window when I made the purchase. But when the date passed and I still hadn't heard anything about my order, I chose to contact customer service. It took me a few tries to reach someone, and when I did, they seemed uninterested in helping me with my problem. After waiting for days, I got an email saying my shipment was delayed and wouldn't come for another week. This was especially annoying because I had scheduled a camping vacation around the expected delivery date. One of the items was broken when the shipment eventually arrived. I contacted them again, and this time I got a curt answer to my inquiry. The agent did not apologize and merely informed me that a replacement would be sent; she did not offer to help me in any way with the problem. In conclusion, HEPINGJIANGENBO has an excellent variety of goods, but their customer service left much to be desired in my opinion. I was disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication, the late arrival, and the broken item. I really want them to make changes to their customer care procedures so that no other customers have to go through what I did.
