Very easy to install, fits perfectly in an old 12 " light
Easy to assemble. Light ring and LED driver box. Uses magnets to attach to the bottom of the mount so you don't have to drill holes. Fits perfectly into an existing 12" diameter fluorescent light fixture. The old lamp cover blocks the light a bit, but the cover is old and faded.
