The product came with many labels. The packaging was fine, so the damage must have occurred during production or packaging. If I didn't need the block ASAP I would return it. Three months later, the chain flag fell off when the latch bracket holding the flag in place broke. When I called customer service to request a replacement, I was told the warranty is 90 days and I would need to purchase a replacement set. I explained that the part I needed was small and cheap (probably less than 5 cents to manufacture) and that the unit was just out of warranty. The support rep was very unhelpful, obviously wanted to get me off the phone asap, referred me to their website to buy a replacement (costs $20 with shipping) and hung up. Not a pleasant experience! I expected more for an American product with American customer service.
