The product does not work very well, it is difficult to keep the chisel straight and then cut with the diamond blade in the base block. Diamond inserts are cheap and had to be made longer so you have a longer stroke. You can see different angles in the directions but without a good clamping system to hold everything you want to sharpen it's impossible to get a perfect finish. It would be fine for a beginner to start sharpening wood chisels, but if you are going to be a woodworker all your life I would buy a good set of wet stones and a standard chisel guide.
