Excellent! I bought this specifically to check the temperature of my sausage before loading in concentrates. It is also good for checking the room temperature. Checking human body temperature doesn't really work (if you're looking for something similar due to COVID). It's definitely as accurate as it gets. I've been using it for about 10 months and haven't even had to change the battery which is fantastic. I like that you can turn the laser on and off, and in my opinion it's better to turn the laser off to check the glass temperature. I want it to stay on for more than 10 seconds (unless you pull the trigger a few times), but it only takes a few seconds to turn it back on. Easy to use and highly recommended! :)
