This little gadget is fun to play (responsibly, of course). I've never had so much fun lighting a candle that I've blown it out to relight it again and again. Did you know that if you blow on the end of a lighter when it's lit, it whistles a little. Sound? It does. It also bends a blue arc, which is very cool. I received this lighter because my gas grill's electronic igniter stopped working, but it's not long enough for safe/convenient reach. I read it was 7" long and I thought that was enough, but the button you press to activate the arc is halfway up the pole, even though it's 7" it's not long enough off to light the gas grill. But enough to light candles, or maybe fireworks, or a napkin in the kitchen sink :).
