I like that we can see who's been interacting with our team members, how many emails they've sent out to prospects or customers (not just their own), what keywords people are using when searching for us online etc - all from within one place! It would be helpful if it were possible sometimes to sort by activity date so you could quickly understand which messages/emails have come first? Also, having some way of seeing past interactions between users might help too as there will always seem more than enough content going around at any given time; making this system difficult to use effectively once things get busy again!! We're looking into ways better managing email communications internally across multiple teams / job roles.
