Don't bother charging your phone via USB ports.
Our phones actually lost power when plugged into the USB ports on this device. We need to use the chargers that come with the phone and one of the actual power outlets. Disappointed but it's still cheaper than the other 10 outlets so we'll keep it to ourselves.
