In general the device seemed to work well, but there were some flaws. Pros: 1) The camera quality is good but limited to 110 degrees so it's ok if you put it in front of the room, not so good if you need it in the middle of the room (see cons about room size) 2 ) The sound quality of the Microphone was decent (after sticker removed - see sticker cons) 3) Speaker was loud and clear for people to hear 4) Worked well in a room that was about 25ft x 15ft but probably was larger than the device was designed would work better if the room was smaller Cons: 1) The device comes with a sticker on the top with a QR code to scan. This decal is very very difficult to remove, so difficult that it gives the impression that this decal is meant to be permanent and by removing it you will cause harm. So we tried using it with a sticker and the quality of the mic with the sticker is terrible (you sound like you're underwater). But when I went through and removed the 2 layers of stickers which were very stubborn and uncovered the 4 mic holes on the top of the device it was able to pick up sound and play it back pretty decently. 25ft of space so we had to put the unit in the middle of the room so the on call team could hear everyone in the room. Of course this meant the camera only showed half of the people in the room, I think it would work well indoors 10ft by 15ft or less where it wouldn't need to pick up sound from that far away.
