Review on πŸ’‘ 4Pcs Aaron 50W 6ohm Load Resistors - Optimal LED Bulb Fast Hyper Flash Turn Signal Blink Error Code Fix (Resistors Highly Efficient with Hot Operation) by Joshua Mccall

Seems to work

I installed the front LED turn signal bulbs which should already have resistors in them. They didn't cause a hyperflare. When I later did the back with a different type of bulb, I had a hyperflare, but the bulbs didn't come with a resistor and the instructions said they might need a resistor. So I bought these 4 Aaron 50W 6 ohm load resistors. I'm not worried about heat and I'm not worried about power consumption. I wanted BRIGHT LIGHTS on my Honda Fit 09. I installed them in the front headlights as they get very hot and under the hood near the back of the headlights seemed like a reasonable place. The added resistance stopped the hyperflare. I had limited space to work with and wanted them to be attached to metal for proper heat dissipation, so I fabricated some aluminum brackets that would fit into the existing hole points. The resistor attaches to a 3.5" long aluminum rod with two 3M x 0.5 machine screws and the bracket is 8M x 1.25 threaded for vehicle mounting. All connections were soldered and heat shrink tubing used. Turned out well
