Useful on the top grill
I read about it by accident. And then I realized that everything cooks faster when I use my top grill. Burgers, cheese on burgers, whatever. The bonus is that they are 9 inches tall. The handles are covered in silicone to keep them from getting hot. When I need to cover a plate of food quickly, they work great. And I can also use them on an outdoor propane grill. I love multitasking in my kitchen!
