Review on Orimade by Paul Haswood

I was very dissatisfied with my recent buy of home and kitchen, bath, and bathroom accessories from Orimade. Both the quality of the product I got and the quality of their customer service were significantly below what was advertised. I tried to contact customer support about the damaged product but never heard back from anyone. When I finally heard back from them, it was clear that they didn't give a hoot about the satisfaction of their customers or the excellence of their goods. I also found the directions they provided to be unclear and the process of installing their products to be more involved than it needed to be. If you're in the market for premium grade kitchen, bath, and home decor accessories, I wouldn't suggest Orimade. Poor quality and unsatisfactory service characterize their offerings. Do yourself a favor and keep looking until you find a business that cares about you and the things you buy.
