Review on VANMASS Magnetic Dashboard Windshield Compatible by Tim Shah

I had the old version of this phone mount for over a year and agreed to try the new version for free. This is a great kit, it has both a dashboard mount and an air vent mount. This is a magnet that makes attaching and detaching the phone a little easier. The kit includes metal plates that attach to the back of the phone and/or the case. I didn't find the instructions very good, but it was easy to figure out what to do. I put one plate on the back of the phone and an additional one on the back of the case. Holds up very well. The dashboard holder is detachable and adjustable. Since my car has a dash screen I found it obscured my view a bit so I use an air vent holder now. It's holding up well but, like the last one, is slowly fading. I've found that placing some pieces of foam in the vent just below the mount keeps it from moving. I also have a flimsy charging cable that falls out of my phone so I attached a piece of rubber band to it to keep it in place. Works perfectly!
