Hey everyone: One more comment for Big Tommy the Carpenter. If you use this simple router to connect my office printers, read that others had problems with the failure, so they had the same problem. Contacted Belkin via the online tech help site, made changes that seemed to work, but the next day the router didn't work at all, factory reset and the failing problem again. Although tech support said this router was discontinued, they didn't ask why, but now I seem to know why. Well it says "24/7 Technical Support" on the box, well it turns out it's only for a limited number of days, then you have to pay for tech support, I say that which is misleading because I thought that 24/7 tech support was there as long as you owned the product, apparently I was wrong. Update: I ordered another MFG router to replace this router and what do you know now this router works as it should. The mystery is why this happened and continues to be used for a week and then updated again.
