The most helpful feature is that it has all of your information in one place when you are at work or home so there isn't any confusion between paper files! I wish we could have more features like emailing clients but this hasn’t been requested yet by our agency since they started using EPF (the software). We also use their online portal to log into other programs/systems such as payroll etc which makes everything easier than trying multiple websites each time - just login once through eprfireworks then click ‘save profile'.
