Review on Rosonway Aluminum 7 Ports USB 3.0 Data Hub with Power Adapter - USB Hub 3.0 Expander for PC and Laptop (RSH-A37S) by Douglas Berry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This hub is a game changer and even charges your devices!

+1 star because it only charges your devices when the power supply is plugged in (no need to plug in a laptop like an Aukey hub)+1 star because you turn each port on/off can switch off individually. I have an RGB backlit keyboard and I love that I can turn off the backlight with the press of a button when not in use. +1 star because all ports are USB 3.0 (speeds not checked but I'm sure yes), everything will be fine) +1 star for stylish design. I like that both the power adapter and the USB connection to your laptop are on the same side. +1 star for the blue lights showing which ports are "on" without blinding me. The power indicators are on a small shiny metal strip that is very smooth. I have a hub in sight on my desk and it's not a distraction. I bought it after returning the Aukey powered hub as it didn't charge my devices by itself. I'm so glad I found the Rosonway because while it has fewer USB ports than the Aukey I returned, it has a lot more functionality. This is a gaming charger because I no longer need charging blocks and power strips to charge my devices and it looks so nice on my desk. The power adapter also keeps all my peripherals connected to the laptop at all times.

Pros
  • Fun
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
