My husband and I have hesitated to purchase any of these single serving products for years. My mother-in-law has one at home and we love the fact that it's compact, simple and easy to use. Drink up to 10 oz. You can remove the tray to place the mug slightly higher but not higher than the travel mug (also you need to prepare 2 separate servings to fill the travel mug). Just pour what you do in a regular mug into a travel mug or higher. There is no water reservoir; You pour water before making coffee/tea. We don't care and we like to know that we have fresh water with every serving. By the way, we have a regular full-size coffee maker, but sometimes we just need a cup and/or something special (flavored coffee). This Keurig is perfect for just that. We've been using this for almost a month. No problem.
