07' Silverado 1500 2WD works great. I used the maximum value (which they claim is 1.77 inches) to align the truck and it aligns perfectly. Warning: I also have an AirRide system with rear pads that raise the back of the truck by about 0.5 inches. lowest setting. You can use either of the two middle positions to align the 1500 with the stock front and rear suspension. I bought these to replace my inflated OEM shocks instead of regular shocks AND a $50-$200 alignment kit which is basically just a block under the bottom of the strut. Installation is difficult, compressing the original spring enough to fit the flange nut onto the top of the strut shaft is a chore. Impact tools and spring compressors are a must. Great product, great ride, does exactly what I wanted (level the truck and smooth my ride). It's stiffer than the OEM, giving it a much better feel for the road and corners around town.
