Was a P0420 on a 2008 Prius. The store charged over $1,000 for this work. This part fits perfectly and is better priced than the AutoZone. However, I used an AutoZone exhaust pipe cutter through their free loan program. This cat comes with a grommet to put it back into the exhaust system, but you MUST STILL BUY TWO 1 3/4" exhaust clamps and a 36454 Walker spring bolt kit. I also reused my exhaust flange gasket with no problems. I threw the code and did not return.Total 2 hours of work.
