Purchased to replace a broken trunk latch on a 2005 Accord. The trunk light didn't work, it turned out that something in the latch wasn't working properly anymore. After Googling how to replace it and watching a few YouTube videos to make sure I hadn't screwed anything up, I proceeded to replace the latch. Now my trunk works. However, I noticed that the trunk key no longer opens the trunk, which I believe was due to a piece of plastic that had become brittle and broken. but that's a whole different topic.
