This thing works great until you hibernate Windows 10 Super fast speeds when it works but every time my system wakes up it works the device anymore. I've been in IT for over 13 years so I'm familiar with these things and generally how to set them up. I disabled all power management options on the device and in Windows. When the system wakes up I have to either unplug and plug it back in or disable/enable it in Network Connections. It works right back, but it's just frustrating that I have to do it. I installed the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website. I tried different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0, on board and front/top). I have an ASRock Z68 Extreme4 motherboard with an Ivy Bridge 3550. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing exotic either. With that everything should work.
