I started using one of these bottles a few months ago. Totally helped me keep track of how much water I actually drink. My husband decided he wanted one too. He was already drinking plenty of water every day, but was surprised to learn that he sometimes missed his daily goal. The bottle holds 128 oz/1 gallon. It has time markings on it so he knows when to drink. He had to adjust his time because he gets up much earlier than it starts and goes to bed much earlier. In any case, the time is more for help and guidance. Bottom line, he drinks an X amount every 2 hours, which he does. The statements are motivating. Just another little way to encourage us to drink water. The bottle has a non-slip design to prevent him from slipping out of his hands, and the push of a button opens the lid for drinking.
