This thing is awful. I ordered it because my kids abused and almost destroyed my last one which is amazing but no longer available. I liked the ability to disable ports when not in use, but the reason I chose it was because it has 2 QC ports, just like my original one. There are 7 ports in total, 2 of which should be QC ports for fast charging. . I connected a Samsung S10 and Note 10+ to each port to test the charging speed of each. Each of the 5 ports said the same thing - 2.5 hours which to be honest is nonsense in itself as the phones were already 30-40% full. But then I tested the QC ports. One of them said the same as the other 5 ports - not faster at all - but then the last QC port said 32 HOURS! I didn't believe it at first, so I tested both phones. And then they changed the cables, one of which is new, straight out of the box. The same thing. I plugged everything into my 4 year old hub that I'm replacing and the charge time on all ports was less than an hour. Packed and returned, no exchange for replacement. Absolute rubbish and a waste of time and money!
