Item had to be returned due to a 6-in-1 card reader causing my Dell computer to freeze and lag when typing. There's also a short on the left USB port, causing the chargers to constantly connect and disconnect. I reordered the same item and was very disappointed because it caused the same problems. There must be some kind of spyware on the device that is causing these problems. Not happy to know my computer was connected to this reader. I want a refund, but my return window is closed. Do not buy this item. Buy a well-known brand. Many Thanks.
