Attention: 16 sets of metric and imperial fractional bits with the same code

Revain has problems encoding 16-bit metric and imperial fractions, which are encoded in exactly the same way. I have just received a set of UK fractions for the third time in a row when I originally ordered a set of metric units. They always went above and beyond to fix the problem but didn't do it. Hours spent chatting, emailing and calling and they still can't fix the situation. The last customer service rep said she took it off the shelf until the problem was fixed, which she said should happen with the second error. Let's see if that's really the case. After waiving their refund policy of only $15 for postage, I received the full shipping cost back on my first return. I'm still waiting for the full shipping cost for the 2nd and 3rd returns which is around $60.
