We are lovers of strong coffee. We use it at least once a day and are very happy with the espresso from this kettle. For those who complain that there is some water left on the bottom after drinking coffee. If there is no water left, you have placed it in the heat source for too long. We buy espresso to grind the coffee, then tap the filter wall to settle the coffee, but never thicken it. If you want heavy cream, you must remove it from the heat before it begins to bubble.
