I have used expensive and cheap brands. It's cheaper than the cheapest brand. The pen gets 5 stars for the square grip, the shell was cracked but the liners make it easy to remove dried paint and reuse - the rollers get 2 stars. The biggest downside was the plastic ring inside the reel tube that was supposed to attach it to the handle. Because the plastic ring was not installed correctly, the roller got stuck. I was painting smoothly, but suddenly the roller stopped turning and I ended up dragging the roller through the paint. My solution was to stick a screwdriver in and move the ring so it was flush in the groove. Also, they hair like crazy. I usually use masking tape and then skim off any loose fibers and scum. With other brands I would only have to clean 1 time, but with this brand it took 2-3 times before my band was relatively clean. quality issues. Spend a few dollars more and get better quality.
