This latch is not metal as advertised

I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing. I bought this pen because it seemed to indicate it was METAL since the word METAL is in the product name. The part of the grip that breaks on the Toyota grips is plastic and on this grip it is plastic too. The advertising for this part is misleading. It's not METAL. Handle/lever mechanism PLASTIC.
