Review on Enhanced Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl, Update International (MB-800), 8 qt Capacity, Silver by Jessica Payne

This is a really good bowl. Very durable and keeps its shape. I've read reviews of other bowls complaining about their bowls warping. It doesn't bend and is very strong but not heavy. It has been in use for a few weeks and so far no sign of rust. You will see scratches because the inside is polished and if you use metal on metal those are scratches. So I find it strange when people complain about it. I don't know how this affects durability over time, if at all. 8qt is really wide but that's because he didn't know what to expect in terms of size. It's a flatter bowl but the photos show it clearly and that's what I wanted. All in all, I am very satisfied and have no major complaints. Plan to buy a smaller size.
