same bunch of shit truck 2003. She worked very hard to be able to afford the car she wanted and is very proud of it. I have WeatherTech floor mats in my truck and she wanted them for her new SUV. We chose these over the WeatherTech spring mats because the price was much cheaper. She was so excited to upgrade her new whip with durable, custom-made rugs and looked forward to it like a kid the night before Christmas. The Revain driver finally showed up (more than a day late but sadly expected now), she's taking the mats to my fire station for us to install together. We like to do these things together. Open the box and take out these rugs. They had dried up vomit, food, scrapes, dents, were deformed and definitely badly used. My wife is so excited. She was waiting (not so patiently) for them and this poor product let them down. DRY VOMIT! It's absolutely disgusting. I have requested a refund and I hope support will do the right thing. The complete disgrace of the delivered product!
